The Minnesota State Fair is adding 26 official new foods and four new food vendors to this summer’s Great Minnesota Get-Together. In total, nearly 500 foods will be available at 300 different concession locations throughout the fairgrounds.
Among the new entrees:
Caramelized Banana Pudding
Cucumber Jalapeño Limeade
Jumbo Donut Sundae
The Naughty Biscuit
Waffle Burger
The Minnesota State Fair attracts more than 2 million visitors annually. The 2021 Minnesota State Fair runs August 26 – Labor Day, Sept. 6.
