A search is getting underway to find a new Chief Executive Officer for United Way of Grand Forks / East Grand Forks. Dave Sena has resigned from the position to join Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities as the Vice President of Programs. Sena will begin his new role on July 19th.
United Way’s Board of Directors has named Heather Novak as interim CEO. Novak has been with the organization since 2019 and currently serves as Chief Operation Officer of United Way.
The Board of Directors will conduct a public CEO search and have a new leader for the company by January 1, 2022.
