A 35-year old Buxton (ND) woman is under arrest after striking a Grand Forks Police squad car and fleeing the scene at a high rate of speed.
Officers were at the Ambassador Motel on an unrelated matter shortly before 9:00 p.m. last night (Thursday). While on the scene the suspect driver hit the squad and took off. Authorities say after a brief pursuit officers terminated the chase for safety reasons.

Packineau is charged with leaving the scene of an accident…fleeing in a motor vehicle…reckless driving…and DUI.
