Authorities say alcohol was involved in a one-vehicle accident that sent a Red Lake (MN) woman to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, it happened shortly before 9:00 AM today (Wed) north of Bagley (MN)
Troopers say 23-year-old Tracey Ann Cook was driving a passenger vehicle southbound on Highway 92. The road was wet at the time.
As the road curved, the vehicle maintained a straight course, entering a lane of oncoming traffic… then went into a ditch, striking a culvert and fence line.
Cook was taken to a Bagley hospital.
Troopers say she was wearing a seat belt.
A 20-year-old male passenger in the vehicle was not hurt.
