A 21-year old driver from Oslo (MN) is recovering from injuries sustained during an early morning crash in Minto (ND). The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports Zachary Fincher was heading north on Highway 81 and failed to negotiate a curve around 12:15 a.m. The vehicle ran off the roadway and hit a tree. Fincher sustained severe injuries and was transported by ambulance to Altru in Grand Forks. The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP and there are possible charges pending.
