By Doug Barrett Feb 15, 2021 | 8:15 AM

A 57-year old woman was injured when the snowmobile she was driving crashed into a fishing shelter in northwestern Minnesota on Sunday.  The Becker County Sheriff’s office says Valerie Lou Sevegney of Marquette (MI) lost control of the snowmobile as she was slowing down on Curfman Lake.  She was tossed from the sled and transported to a hospital in Detroit Lakes with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.  The crash remains under investigation.
