A Silver Alert issued Monday night for a missing Devils Lake man has been cancelled, after the man was found dead in Ramsey County.
Seventy-six-year-old Thomas Townson and his vehicle were found north of Devils Lake in the Starkweather area at around 10:30 Wednesday morning.
Townson was reported missing Monday morning.
The Ramsey County Sheriff’s office is investigating.
There’s no evidence that Townson was the victim of a crime.
