Fargo police have identified a second suspect in a shooting over the weekend at the Arbors Apartment complex. 21-year-old Oliver Tye is facing charges of attempted murder…aggravated assault…and reckless endangerment.
28-year old Jerome Koon was arrested earlier in the Sunday shooting that wounded Koon’s 24-year-old girlfriend. The woman is expected to survive. Koon is facing attempted murder…terrorizing charges…reckless endangerment…tampering with evidence…and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Anyone who knows Tye’s whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement.
