ND & MN COVID-19

North Dakota health officials report 13 new deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the state death toll to 1,400 since the pandemic began.

Today’s (Thu’s) analysis shows 152 new cases, led by 24 in Burleigh County… and 23 in Cass. Grand Forks County added 10 new cases.

North Dakota’s positivity rate fell to 2.4 percent.

Active cases dipped to 1,169, including 115 in Grand Forks County.

Fifty-four people are hospitalized…with 7 in ICU.

Minnesota reports 32 new deaths, including one in Polk County. That pushes the state death toll to 6,011.

Minnesota identified 1,292 new cases…among them: 10 in Polk County. (Total positive cases: 450,762.)

Hospitalizations fell to 558, with 98 in intensive care.
