The Grand Forks Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire inside a north side business on Friday.
Crews were called to Smitty’s Transmission at 4300 Gateway Drive around 9:15 AM.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from an open overhead garage door.
Crews extinguished the fire, containing damage to the vehicle involved.
The structure sustained some smoke damage, and the business resumed operations by around 10:30 am.
No injuries were reported.
