North Dakota health officials report two new deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the total deaths to 107.
The victims: a Griggs County man in his 60s and a Sioux County woman in her 70s. Both had underlying health conditions.
In the past day, 149 new cases were confirmed in 26 counties. Benson County led the way with 33… Burleigh had 29… Ramsey with 13… Grand Forks County identified five new positive hits.
North Dakota’s active cases stand at 1,111, a sum that has about quadrupled in the past month.
The state has confirmed 6,933 positive cases since the pandemic began.
A total of 51 people are currently hospitalized.
Minnesota’s case count increased by 606 today (Tue) to 57,162. The state reports four additional deaths for a total of 1,620.
There are 328 people currently hospitalized…159 of them in ICU.
