A Fargo man faces numerous charges following a traffic stop in West Fargo on Sunday. The North Dakota Patrol says 18-year old Damian Torres was pulled over for window tint violation. Authorities say during the traffic stop Torres showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of narcotics to including marijuana…cocaine…drug paraphernalia…and a handgun. Additional charges have been filed ranging from felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana and cocaine and resisting arrest.
