A 46-year old Oklee (MN) man was injured after being struck by a vehicle in rural East Grand Forks yesterday (Wednesday). The Polk County Sheriff’s Department says Donald Howard was securing a load on a trailer on 340th Avenue SW when he was hit. The driver of the other vehicle was identified as 41-year old Kristina Potucek of Warren (MN). Howard was transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks with unknown injuries.
