Update – June 26, 2024

Grand Forks, ND – Crews will begin the Mill (grinding) and Overlay (resurfacing) portion of this project on Thursday, June 27. There will be no parking on the streets during the Mill and Overlay process.

Crews will begin milling on the North/South streets first followed by the East/West Avenues.

While milling, the streets will remain open as residents can drive on the road after they are finished.

After the milling is finished, crews will start overlaying (resurfacing) the road.  The road will be closed during the overlay process.  Contractors will give residents 1-2 day notice when they are overlaying in their area and the road will be closed.  Each road closure will only be about 1 day.

Crews plan to have all of the streets in this area resurfaced by July 13th, weather permitting.
