Grand Forks School Board policies address complaints among personnel

By Jim Johnson Jun 10, 2024 | 7:59 PM

(KNOX) – The Grand Forks School Board moved Monday to handle personnel conflicts at an earlier stage.
Dr. Eric Lunn said complaints will be addressed at the lowest level possible… with a mediator, arbitrator or consultant.
If it can’t be resolved, then the matter would go to Board President Amber Flynn to appoint a third-party investigator.

The policy changes passed on a unanimous voice vote.

This was a follow-up to how the dispute between the Grand Forks Principals Association and Superintendent Dr. Terry Brenner was handled.
This was the final board meeting for board member Cynthia Shabb.
