(KNOX) – A North Dakota motorcyclist suffered serious injuries Friday afternoon when he collided with a deer.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Anthony Moser of Oakes was northbound on Highway 1 in Dickey County when he encountered a deer crossing the roadway.
Moser was separated from his Harley Davidson and came to rest in the road.
The motorcycle came to rest on the southbound shoulder with the deer attached to the motorcycle.
Moser was eventually transported to the Oakes to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
The crash is under investigation.
