(KNOX) – Reid Huttunen of East Grand Forks has been appointed by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to the Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission.
The appointment takes effect April 24 and the term expires in January 2028.
The Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission conducts system planning and designates regionally significant parks and trails in Greater Minnesota.
Aaliyah Lussier of Red Lake, Minnesota is appointed for the same term length as a youth member of the Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee… which oversees Minnesota’s compliance with the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act.
Tashina Branchaud of Red Lake, Minnesota will serve on the Rural Health Advisory Committee.
