Fargo police used a flash bang device just after 6:00 a.m. this morning (Friday) as part of a high-risk knock-and-announce search warrant at a south side apartment complex. During the entry officers detained four individuals in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred in the same area on July 6th. The SWAT Team staged two armored vehicles in the area during the operation. No further information was immediately available.
