The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a collision – with injuries –between a cargo van and a horse-drawn carriage near McIntosh in Polk County.
Sgt. Jesse Grabow did not know the extent of the injuries.
Seven people were in the buggy – all from Fosston – including a 3-year-old boy and a 5-year-old boy.
The buggy was driven by an 18-year-old.
The driver of the van was a 53-year-old Moorhead man.
The crash happened in a Highway 2 construction zone at about 10:30 Thursday morning. The van crashed into the rear of the buggy.
