Grand Forks police continue to investigate an act of vandalism involving Ben Franklin Elementary School. Authorities were notified of the incident Sunday morning. Superintendent Terry Brenner says it appears someone entered the courtyard via the roof and broke several windows in the main office area. Building and grounds workers boarded up the broken windows until the glass can be replaced. A damage estimate was not immediately available.
