ND & MN COVID-19

COVID-19 cases are up in today’s Wed) report from the North Dakota health department.

 

There are 162 new cases (a jump of 27 from Tuesday), led by 27 in Cass County. Grand Forks County has 6 new cases.

 

The state positivity rate fell to 2.6 percent.

 

Active cases stand at 1,016 (up 8 from Tuesday). That includes 97 in Grand Forks County.

 

One new death was reported. (ND toll: 1,416.)

 

Forty-nine people are hospitalized, with 10 in ICU.

Minnesota reports 851 new cases and 18 deaths. (MN toll: 6,124.)

 

477 are hospitalized, including 97 in intensive care.
