The National Collegiate Hockey Conference today announced the league schedule for the 2020-21 season. The conference is in its eighth year and has plus the No. 1 Pairwise-ranked team in the country at the end of the shortened 2019-20 season.

The slate of two dozen games features home-and-home tilts against five of the seven other conference foes. North Dakota will not travel to St. Cloud State and Western Michigan will not come to the Ralph Engelstad Arena this coming season.

The Fighting Hawks open defense of their NCHC regular season title on Nov. 6-7 hosting St. Cloud State for their only regular-season meetings. UND then heads to Denver, where it picked up five league points last season on a 3-on-3 overtime win and a regulation win for the first series victory at Magness in 16 years.

The Miami RedHawks visit Grand Forks on Nov. 20-21 before the first half comes to a close with a trip to Omaha, Dec. 4-5.

In the second half, UND welcomes Colorado College back to the REA on Jan. 8-9, then returns the trip to Colorado Springs on Feb. 26-27. The heated series with Minnesota Duluth gets underway Jan. 15-16 in Duluth with the home games coming Feb. 19-20.
