North Dakota health officials is reporting 33 new cases of coronavirus in today’s (Monday) statistical report - but no new deaths. The North Dakota Department of Health has tallied 3,849 cases - but 87% of those have recovered.
Cass County reported 17 new cases…Burleigh County had 6…there were three cases in Grand Forks County.
80 people have died from COVID-19, while 22 are currently hospitalized. For most people, the coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough that clear up in two to three weeks. For some, especially older adults and people with existing health problems, it can cause more severe illness, including pneumonia.

Minnesota health officials have reported 3 new deaths from COVID-19 along with 434 confirmed cases over the past 24 hours. So far, the Minnesota Department of Health has reported 1,474 people have died statewide from the virus.
