North Dakota’s daily COVID-19 positivity rate
is at its lowest point in almost two weeks.
Today’s (Thu’s) figure of 3 percent is the lowest mark since a 2.91 percent
reading on Jan. 2.
New cases rose slightly to 248, led by 54 in
Cass County…with 19 in Grand Forks County.
Active cases also increased slightly to 1,764
today… with 148 in Grand Forks County.
The state reports eight new deaths (ND death
toll: 1,365).
78 people are hospitalized…with 10 in ICU.

Minnesota added 1,598 new cases today (8 in
Polk County).
There are 43 new deaths (MN death toll:
5,817.)
645 are hospitalized, including 131 in
intensive care.
