Twins acquire reliever Sam Dyson

The Twins beat the trading deadline Wednesday by obtaining veteran right-handed relief pitcher Sam Dyson from San Francisco in exchange for three minor-leaguers.
Dyson is 31.
In 49 games with the Giants this year, Dyson was 4-1 with a 2.47 ERA, two saves, seven walks and 47 strikeouts.
In eight major-league seasons, Dyson is 23-23, with a 3.29 ERA. The Twins are his fifth big-league team.
Going to the Giants are outfielder Jaylon Davis and right-handed pitchers Prelander Berroa and Kai-Wei Teng.
