Areas of rain in northern Minnesota will be transitioning to snow this morning. With warm ground temperatures little to no snow accumulation is expected through mid-morning. Strong winds with wind gusts between 40 to 45 mph are possible through the Red River Valley and eastern North Dakota this morning. Winds are expected to increase through the day. Light snow showers across eastern and northeastern North Dakota may produce a dusting of snow in grassy areas.
