Charges of terrorizing and robbery are being filed against two men in connection with a residential break-in in which Grand Forks police say shots were fired.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Circle Drive West around 12-30 Sunday afternoon. The homeowner stated he heard noises inside the home and spotted two individuals running from the scene – possibly shooting rounds inside the residence. The suspects then fired two additional rounds outside the home.

Police located the suspect vehicle on the eleven-hundred block of North 39th Street. The G-F-P-D secured the area and the suspects were arrested a short time later. They were identified as 19-year old Joe Melvin and 18-year old Fahad Hussein.
