A plane crash near Thief River Falls (MN) has claimed three lives. The Pennington County Sheriff's Department received a 911 call shortly before 8:00 this morning of a small plane down near the intersection of Center Avenue Northeast and 130th Street Northeast. When deputies arrived they discovered a Cessna 182 airplane on the ground. Three occupants were found deceased. Pennington County Sheriff Ray Kuznia identified the victims as 69-year old Moy Wing...27-year old Brian Duke...and 26-year old Zch Ostertag of Rawlins (Wyoming). The FAA has been notified.
