A 71-year old California man faces drug charges in what the North Dakota Highway Patrol describes as one of the largest marijuana busts. Authorities say they stopped Harold Miller for a traffic violation in an I-94 construction zone between Mandan and Bismarck on Monday. During the stop the trooper detected a strong odor of marijuana. The N-D-H-P says Miller admitted to having pot inside the vehicle. A subsequent search discovered 183 pounds – a street value of some 700-thousand dollars. Miller was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
