North Dakota’s unemployment rate in September slipped below two-percent. The not-seasonally jobless rate last month was one-point-nine percent. That’s down from two-point-four in September of last year. Around 78-hundred North Dakotans were in search of a job during the month.

By comparison the national rate was four-point- two percent for the month.

Grand Forks County has an unemployment rate of one-point-seven percent…Walsh County two-point-two…Pembina came in at two-point-four…and Nelson at one-point-eight. Around the state…Rollete County is on the high side at six-point-two percent….LaMoure County came in at a low one-point-three.
