The North Dakota House has approved the use of medical marijuana. Supporters say the legislation is not perfect but sets the guidelines for regulation while keeping the intent of the measure approved by voters in November. Representative Robin Weisz says on aspect of the bill limits the amount of T-H-C a patient can purchase within a 30-day period -- two-thousand milligrams. Weisz says that's the equivalent of approximately 110 joints per month.
The final vote was 79-13 to endorse the rules.
