MN - Pipe Bombs

A 41-year old Oklee (MN) man has been arrested in connection with a series of pipe bombs found in Red Lake County. Authorities charged Eric Reinbold with possession of explosives and violation of probation. He was arrested at his home without incident and brought to the Pennington County Jail. The devices were located in a rubble pile near a hunting cabin a week ago. The Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force and Pennington County S-O assisted the Red Lake Falls Sheriff's Department in the apprehension.
Update (5:20 P.M., 10-30-17):
Authorities say a 41-year-old man from Oklee, Minnesota, was released on bail Monday from the Pennington County jail, after facing charges that he hid numerous pipe bombs near a hunting cabin in Red Lake County a week ago.
Eric Reinbold is charged in Red Lake County with possession of explosives – a felony -- and in Pennington County for violation of probation.
Officials say Reinbold’s bail in Red Lake County was set at 150-thousand dollars cash without conditions, or 15-thousand dollars cash or 150-thousand-dollars bond with conditions.
Reinbold is scheduled for an omnibus hearing in Red Lake County Court on November 15th.
