North Dakota’s economy continues to grow and the expanding U-A-S industry is becoming a major reason why according to U-S Senator John Hoeven. The Republican lawmaker made his comments during a stop in Grand Forks to address a U-A-S conference and Rotary Club members. Hoeven says new companies are setting up shop in the Grand Sky Tech Park – securing the site as a hub for unmanned aircraft technology.
He said the push is on in Washington to roll back duplicative regulations…tax reform…and an infrastructure package.
The drone conference is being held at the Alerus Center and runs through Wednesday.
