Because of smoke in the air from western Canada forest fires, the National Weather Service says hazy conditions will continue into Thursday morning.

Also, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has issued an Air Quality Alert for northwestern and north central Minnesota, effective through 10 a.m. Thursday.

This includes East Grand Forks, Roseau, Bemidji, Moorhead, and the tribal nations of Red Lake and Leech Lake.
