By Doug Barrett Apr 8, 2022 | 7:30 PM

A 33-year old man faces a terrorizing charge following a disturbance call in south Grand Forks this afternoon.

Police were called to the 600 block of 41st Avenue South shortly before 3:30 p.m.  When officers arrived on scene they observed a male and female outside the residence.  The male was holding a handgun which he tossed into a garage and proceeded to enter the home.  After a short time the male voluntarily came out to speak to officers.

During the course of the investigation the GFPD arrested Rolando Garzia Jr. on a charge of terrorizing.

While still on the scene the female began to threaten another male who showed up and was arrested for disorderly conduct.  Authorities say 41 year old Maykin Davis was transported to the Grand Forks County Correctional Center.

The incident remains under investigation.
