Consultants working to enhance the mission of the Grand Forks Air Force Base say they are optimistic about the future. The Yonkers group briefed local leaders and city council on the game plan last night. Former G-F-A-F-B commander and Yonkers consultant - Rusty Findley - says there’s a reason for a lot of distinguished visitors stopping by the base recently - with more scheduled in the coming year. Findley says the best way to understand the assets of the local base is to put your eyes on the target.
