GF - Teen Injured in Robbery

A 16-year old Grand Forks teen sustained minor injuries after being dragged by a car as he attempted to retrieve a stolen skateboard. Police were called Tuesday to the area of 24thAvenue South and South 18th Street shortly before five p-m on a report of a robbery. When officers arrived the teen stated that a lone black male took his skateboard – and struck him when he tried to get it back. As the suspect began to drive off the victim attempted to grab the board one last time. The man was described as being 19 to 20 years of age driving a dark green car.
