GF Murder - Sentence

A 32-year old Grand Forks woman has been sentenced to 30-years in jail for her role in a meth ring that resulted in the shotgun murder of a 24-year old man. Krystal Feist is accused of killing Austin Forsman at the Flying J Truck Stop in March of last year. Feist – along with Modesto Torrez – were charged with the murder of Forsman as well as the drug trafficking conspiracy. Torrez was found guilty after a jury trial and is scheduled to be sentenced on December 1st. The investigation resulted in the indictment of 13 individuals in connection with a methamphetamine ring in the Grand Forks area.
