A high speed chase in north Grand Forks this morning has resulted in charges against a 27-year old man. Grand Forks police say the incident began around 4:15 a-m as officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Red Dot Place. The driver refused to pull over and proceeded along Gateway to North 20th Street. The chase continued on several residential streets before the suspect was stopped at the corner of North 20th and Dyke Avenue.
The G-F-P-D identified the driver as Jacob Henry. Henry is being charged with driving under revocation…reckless driving…reckless endangerment…fleeing… possession of marijuana…marijuana paraphernalia…and an outstanding Municipal warrant.
