Grand Forks police are searching for a vehicle in connection with a hit and run crash involving a pedestrian. Authorities say the driver and victim appear to have known each other and that the act may have been intentional. Officers were called to the 500 block of Third Avenue South shortly after 11:00 a-m. A witness told police that the male subject was talking to someone through the window of a dark colored pickup when the driver took off with the male hanging on the side. The victim was knocked off the pick-up by a parked vehicle. He was transported to Altru with unknown injuries. Anyone with information is urged to contact the GFPD 787-8000.
