An early morning vehicle fire in Fargo sent crews scrambling after it was discovered the fully engulfed minivan was only ten feet from a twin home. Fire teams were called to the scene around 4:30 a-m. Initially a single engine was dispatched but it was quickly upgraded to four engines and a command vehicle. Bystanders informed firefighters that a family living in one of the twin homes had not evacuated.

The fire was contained. There were no injuries. The flames damaged two cars parked nearby and the siding on one of the units. The cause is under investigation.
