Court Appearance - Two Hearts

A 24-year old man who led authorities on a wild chase in February pleaded guilty to a series of charges Wednesday in Traill County. Daniel Two Hearts was accused of stealing a car with a young child inside and later abandoning the vehicle. During the pursuit a shot was fired in the direction of a state trooper. Two Hearts pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful entry into a vehicle and a single count of reckless endangerment. Charges of attempted murder…meth…and possession of a firearm were dismissed. He was sentenced to time served – 208 days. Federal charges are possible in the case.
