The selection of a management firm to run the Alerus Center in Grand Forks could be made as soon as April 26th. That’s the next scheduled meeting for the Events Center Commission. City leaders met with four potential firms vying for the contract on Tuesday. City Administrator Todd Feland says they want to move the building forward from both an events and revenue standpoint.
The goal is to have a new management team on board by the end of June. The four companies vying for the job include: S-M-G…Spectra…VenuWorks…and The Ballantine Group.
