Despite a five-percent dip in boardings last month the Grand Forks Airport posted its second best showing for July. A total of eleven-thousand-990 people passed through the gates. That pushes the year to date tally to nearly 87-thousand – down less than one-percent from the 2013 all-time record high. By comparison Bismarck climbed over eight-percent and Fargo posted an eleven-percent gain. Statewide over 110-thousand passengers hit the skies at the eight commercial airports making it the best July on record.
