...BLOWING SNOW AND HAZARDOUS WINDS CHILLS CONTINUE ACROSS THE NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY...
.THE WINTER STORM IS WINDING DOWN AND THE ACCUMULATING SNOW HAS ENDED. AREAS ACROSS NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA INTO ADJACENT PORTIONS OF MINNESOTA RECEIVED THE MOST SNOWFALL OVERNIGHT. ALTHOUGH WINDS ARE DIMINISHING...BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO RESTRICT VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN AREAS INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. IN ADDITION...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL BE 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO.
SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA INTO WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA DID NOT RECEIVE MUCH SNOWFALL...AND BLOWING SNOW IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE MUCH OF A HAZARD ACROSS THIS AREA.
