| | A national report on childen's health and well-being ranks North Dakota 12th best in the nation. That's down from 7th place last year. The Annie E. Casey Foundation has released the 2010 Kids Count Data Book on how the 50 states fared in ten categories. Minnesota ranked 2nd in the report.
